  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Vrenora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible.

Currently, Vrenora ships only within India.
