Cancellation Policy

At Vrenora, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided the item meets the return eligibility criteria.

Cancellation by Vrenora

Vrenora reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical error.
  • Payment failure or verification issues.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
  • Delivery is not possible to the provided address.

If your order is cancelled by Vrenora after payment has been received, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:

  • COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
